Education & Experience
Yvette Perrier Quantz, RDN, LDN, is a passionate dietitian and creative nutrition entrepreneur who’s been blazing her path in the nutrition and wellness industry since 2003.
As the founder of Customized Nutrition Newsletters and Foodspirations®, she provides content solutions and creative marketing tools to help dietitians connect and engage with their clients. This work stems from what she learned early in her career working in the fitness industry as a sports dietician — namely, that dietitians bring their greatest value through trusted relationships with their clients. In 2008, she realized that she wanted to start her own private practice, Food Therapy, to focus on being even more authentic and meaningful in her work while also making an impact with clients.
Yvette currently serves as the Operations and Marketing Dietitian for Ochsner’s Eat Fit Acadiana. Eat Fit is a non-profit community outreach program working with local restaurants to identify healthy menu items as well as leading community nutrition education programs and events in the Acadiana, Louisiana area.
Known as a hard-working nutrition entrepreneur, Yvette is consistently adding new content to the Customized Nutrition Newsletters database, creating new products to share on Foodspirations®, and sharing inspiration for healthier living on Food Therapy’s blog.
As the author of the e-newsletter, The Insider, she regularly shares tips and resources for savvy nutrition entrepreneurs to work with purpose, while also increasing productivity and profitability.
She is also a regular contributor with 337 Magazine, Lafayette Moms Blog, Ochsner’s Eat Fit Blog, and is the author of The Little Black Book of Foodspirations®. Yvette has been featured in and written for The Daily Advertiser, Acadiana Moms, FACE Magazine, Inform, Sophisticated Women, D Magazine and Looks Magazine.
