The Story Behind the Design:
BREATHE was inspired by my dear friend Jenny,  incredibly smart, kind, and full of life, as she awaited the arrival of her first baby. It was also written for all the hard-working, overachieving, mind-racing humans (myself included) who spend so much time thinking, planning, and striving that we often forget to pause and simply breathe.

This message is a gentle reminder that stopping to take in the goodness around us, to release our fears and worries, is easier said than done, but always worth the effort.
