The Story Behind the Design:
BE THANKFUL was written to my teenage self — and to anyone learning to see themselves through a kinder lens. I wish my younger self had understood how powerful it is to thank your body for all it can do instead of criticizing it for what it’s not.

This message is for anyone struggling with body image or self-worth. Gratitude is the shift that turns comparison into compassion. When we start replacing every negative thought with a thankful one, we begin to see the beauty in what already is — and that’s where the magic begins.
