      My daughter was a typical 14-year-old kid until I realized something wasn’t right. She was a multi-sport athlete, a straight-A student, and had a really good set of friends, but suddenly she wasn’t satisfied with her body. She was eating less and less, and when she would eat, she was in a funk for hours after.
